Features of the Clinic
Infertility diagnostics
The INVICTA clinic has a proven track record in diagnosing female and male infertility. The hospital has various laboratories, including an IVF (in vitro fertilisation) laboratory. Hormonal, infectious, cytogenetic, immunological and genetic tests are carried out there. Patients at the facility can consult with immunologists and geneticists. The main genetic tests provided at this centre include:
- Karyotyping — testing of a person's chromosomes to identify chromosomal abnormalities that may cause infertility or miscarriage;
- CFTR — comprehensive diagnosis of cystic fibrosis, an autosomal recessive hereditary disease caused by a chromosome mutation;
- AZF — examination of the Y chromosome to identify mutations in its segments.
Extracorporeal fertilisation (IVF)
The clinic operates the largest genetic bank of eggs, embryos and sperm in the country. Therefore, INVICTA patients have the opportunity to undergo IVF using donor eggs and sperm.
This medical centre has a powerful embryology laboratory with 19 embryologists. Every year, more than 350 pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) procedures are performed here, and about 3,000 embryos are examined.
It is important to note that in addition to standard medical procedures, the clinic uses special programmes that are created taking into account the requirements and wishes of clients.
The INVICTA centre also has a programme for the protection and preservation of reproductive abilities in people, including cancer patients — Oncofertility.
To increase the effectiveness of in vitro fertilisation, INVICTA clinic specialists use additional procedures such as:

- embryo cultivation to the blastocyst stage;
- ovarian puncture with autologous plasma;
- intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI);
- selection of morphologically perfect sperm for microinjection into the egg (ICSI and FAMS).
